Specifications:
This ASA220 will provide bi-directional connections between all your disk drives. You may connect IDE/ATA device to a SATA host controller, or you may connect SATA-I or SATA-II device to an IDE/ATA host controller. The combinations are endless, and that's all you will need to transfer data between your collection of drives.
• Serial ATA 1.0 specification compliant
• Supports ATA/ATAPI PIO mode 0-4
• Supports ATA/ATAPI Ultra DMA transfer rates up to 150MB/s
• Supports ATA/ATAPI LBA48 addressing mode associated with 2-byte sector count
• Supports both Serial ATA (SATA) & Parallel ATA (IDE) 3.5" and 5.25" devices; such as, hard disk drives, optical drives (CD-Rom, CD-R/RW, DVD-Rom, DVD-R/RW, Blu-ray drive, etc.)
• Supports both Serial ATA (SATA) & Parallel ATA (IDE) host controllers
• Supports IDE hard drive Master/Slave mode
• Automatic Serial ATA 1.5Gbps speed negotiation
• Supports Serial ATA hot-plug
• Supports AC and DC couple between the transmitter and the receiver
• Provides specified OOB signal detection and transmission
• Supports Spread Spectrum Clocking to reduce EMI
