You may check the status of your mail-in rebate by e-mail. Remember, it's always a good idea to make photocopies of all materials submitted and keep those copies for your records.
Please send an e-mail to rebate@koutech.com, and make sure to include your full name, city and state of your resident, and model number of the purchased product. You should receive a reply within 48 hours with the updated status of your rebate.
